Central Management

The Central Management of the Estonian Defence League is an executive body organising the activities of the Estonian Defence League within its competences during recesses of the meetings of the Central Management, and its tasks are:

• Compiling the budget, submitting the budget and report of implementing the budget to the Central Assembly;
• Implement the budget;
• Conclude contracts in the name of the Estonian Defence League;
• Governing the assets and companies of the Estonian Defence League, except for arms, ammunition and other military supplies;
• Organising the work of the meetings of the Central Assembly and Seniors’ Assembly;
• Discussing issues concerning the organisation and general activities of the Estonian Defence League and adopt a position with regard to these;
• Preparing amendments to the Statutes and rules of procedure;
• Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the Central Assembly and Board of Elders.

The Estonian Defence League is represented by authorised members of the Central Management in any legal acts, whereas the authorisation shall be signed by the Commander of the Estonian Defence League and one of the members of the Central Management.
